职位描述：
Responsibilities:
·Establish Insurance Consultant (IC) team in Guangzhou and Shenzhen
·Coordinate and partner with Branch Managers (BM) to drive the insurance prospect results
·Work with BM in training, coaching and motivation IS to achieve sales target
·Work with insurance partners in sales training, process and fulfillment
·Provide advice in product design and packaging.
·Ensure that insurance sales activities are conducted within the approved compliance and regulatory framework.
·建立财务安全规划师销售团队
·与分支行行长开展协作,促使分支行达成销售目标
·为分支行的财务安全规划师在培训、辅导和激励方面提供支持, 并帮助达成销售目标
·与合作保险公司合作开发销售培训课程、销售流程和管理规划
·参与产品设计和包装
·严格遵守各项销售管理和内控规定
Qualification:
·High integrity
·Candidate should exhibit outstanding leadership and management skills
·Candidate should possess excellent service and working attitude, able to perform under pressure, is sales driven and able to motivate and coach effective
·Candidate should be stragic in thinking and meticulous and disciplined in execution.
·Work experience: Minimum 2 years of sales and sales management experience in bancassurance or group channels in life insurance or related sales in other areas.
·Good knowledge of insurance laws, financial and insurance products, and insurance market and competition.
·Candidate should possess a degree from a recognized universirty

·具备策略发展规划能力和较强的执行力
·具有2年以上寿险公司银行保险或团险销售和销售管理工作经验，或其他金融领域销售和销售理的工作经验尤佳。
·熟悉国内保险法规、产品、市场和服务
