What a successful applicant can expect:
·Intensive development through a specially designed Management Associate program

General Requirements:
·Obtained master(s) degree or above from a highly rated university
·Maximum two year’s working experience
·Majored in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science are preferred
·Cross-functional interests and ready to work in different locations/cities
·Strong analytical skills, well-organized, and self-motivated
·High potential in leadership and management roles
