ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Job Responsibilities:
(I) Financial Accounting and Reporting
-Process daily accounting transactions; review controls and perform reconciliations to ensure compliance with group accounting policies.
-Prepare financial and regulatory reports and statistics to meet local and group reporting requirements and monitor regulatory thresholds and limits for financial compliance.
-Assist in establishing accounting and reporting systems for group consolidation and provide technical supports to branches in China to fulfill finance and control issues.
-Handle annual audit works and co-ordinate to respond to / follow-up queries from internal / external auditors and regulators.
(II) Management Accounting and Reporting
-Provide accurate and timely management reports, analyzing them by business segments and products for management and business decisions.
-Assist in establishing management reporting system / database to facilitate cost / income analysis, asset and liability management, business planning, forecast and annual budgeting purposes.
-Handle transfer pricing reporting, including development and implementation of transfer pricing mechanism and analysis transfer P&L and prepare business commentaries.
Requirements:
-Bachelor‘s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
-Minimum of four years‘ experience in finance or accounting, preferably gained in foreign banks.
-Excellent accounting and financial analysis skills with good knowledge of PC application software.
-Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good people relationship.
(Candidates with less experience will be considered as junior accounting staff) |
