Purpose of the job
To plan, organize, implement and monitor Personal Financial Services(PFS) related sales and
marketing activities to build up a substantial customer base for future PFS business development and to lead PFS staff members to ensure the delivery of excellent services to customers and to achieve AOP business targets.
Environment of the job
It is the strategic intent of the Bank to build up a sub-branch network in shanghai on which the bank can capture business opportunities from corporate and personal customers both in shanghai and the nearby cities of Yangtze River Delta. With reference to the WTO timeframe, foreign banks can gradually extend its service range and target audience to local nationals. Standard Chartered and bank of east asia are keen players in the market. In view of effectiveness of resources allocation and the limited branch presence as compared as compared with local banks, foreign banks targeted the segment of mass affluent locals. HSBC and Citibank have put up massive advertising and publicity efforts to create noises in the market, envisaging their plans to tap the personal segment.
In view of the keen market competition, Beijing branch has equipped with a team of direct sales staff and customer service staff for aggressively soliciting business opportunities by implementing various marketing strategies. |
