| 职位描述： |
任务职责：
· 拓展并拜访目标客户，以促进个人理财产品及服务的销售
· 通过电话销售，开发潜在客户
· 参与并推行路演等户外促销活动
· 提供电话银行服务，处理客户咨询
条 件：
· 大学专科毕业或以上学历
· 一年以上销售或客户服务经验，具外资银行工作经验及熟悉广州市个人银行资源者获优先考虑
· 具良好客户服务意识，性格外向进取，善于与人沟通，能承受工作压力
· 愿意接受轮班的工作安排
Job Responsibilities:
· Prospect and visit the target / potential customers for the expansion of our personal financial services business
· Perform telemarketing calls for exploring new customers
· Conduct outreaching sales activities such as road shows for increasing customer base
· Provide quality phone banking services and handle customer enquiries
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or above
· Minimum of one year’s experience in sales or customer service, preferably gained in foreign banks, and have solid network with retail banking customers in Guangzhou
· Strong customer service orientation, good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure
· Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software |
