| 职位描述： |
任务职责：
处理分行客户之日常银行交易，包括开立户口、提/存款、找换、转帐及汇款等
提供优质客户服务以巩固客户基础
协助编制人民银行及外管有关之报表
条件：
大学本科毕业或以上学历
二年以上零售银行业务运作或前台柜员经验，具外资银行工作经验者获优先考虑
对人民银行及外管条例有基本认识
具良好客户服务意识、沟通和人际技巧
中英文程度良好，熟悉办公室计算机软件应用
（工作经验较少者，可考虑申请零售运作副主任职位）
Job Responsibilities:
Process daily payment transactions, including account openings, deposits, remittances, etc.
Provide quality services to customers
Prepare daily reports for related parties, e.g. PBOC and SAFE
Requirements:
Bachelor‘s degree or above
Minimum of two years‘ relevant experience, preferably gained in foreign banks
Sound knowledge of the regulations of PBOC and SAFE
Strong customer service orientation, and good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Counter Operations Officer) |
