为配合本行于内地个人理财业务快速发展的需要，我们诚邀您加入本行之支行行长培训计划。通过系统的课堂培训及工作实习，您将会获得产品知识、营销技巧、销售管理以及领导能力等领域的全方位培训。在成功完成这个培训项目以后，您将获委任支行行长一职。
职位要求：
大学本科毕业或以上学历，工商管理、财务、会计类专业或同等资历
三年以上个人银行服务经验
善于自我激励，具独立处事和应对变化的能力
踏实自信，具良好的销售和客户服务意识
具良好的沟通、人际和分析技巧
中英文程度良好
To cope with the rapid development of our Personal Financial Services business on the Mainland, we are offering suitable candidates the opportunity to join our structured Sub-branch Manager Development Programme. You will receive comprehensive training in product knowledge, selling techniques and sales management, and leadership skills through classroom training and job attachments to various posts. Upon completion of the programme, you will be assigned to the post of Sub-branch Manager on the Mainland.
Requirements:
Bachelor‘s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
Minimum of three years‘ experience in personal financial banking business
Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and manage change
Assertive, with strong sales and customer service orientation
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese |
