Responsibilities
Ensure sufficient training and knowledge transfer is performed in ISMS;
Oversee and steer the usage of PCMS, ensuring frontline staff can deliver maximum business results.
Support and rollout future CRM tools for PRC.
Prepare and generate timely and information business analysis and/or MIS.
Recommend approaches to streamline and automate those periodic analysis or MIS.
Support campaign implementation from targeting, list dispatch to program evaluation.
Leverage on analytic capability to enhance targeting and structure test and control design to identify campaign champion.
Monitor and Support PRC CB Information Security Management.
Build and Maintain a robust campaign management flow that meets PRC’s both business and compliance demands.
Develop rules and policies on Information usage for Consumer Banking according to Group’s Information Security.
Provide Video shooting and editing.
Build effective multimedia training platform.
Track usage and feedback.
Requirements
At least 5 years‘ experience in CRM and Analytics, user level knowledge of SAS and/or SQL software is preferred.
Experience in web page management and knowledge in multi-media tool is advantage.
University or post-graduated degree in business administration, technology, statistical or professional qualification in financial management.
Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Working knowledge with various query software like SAS, SQL.
Ability to analyze and interpret data both business and financial.
Experience in lead and manage a sizable project.
Strong practical knowledge in financial management.
Relevant Experience at local Chinese banks is a plus. |
