| 职位描述： |
Responsibilities
Assist the product manager on all daily execution covering data collection, updating market intelligence, deployment of wealth management product launches with compliance of all external regulations and internal requirements.
Prepare all kinds of documentation in relation to product approval/filing with regulatory authorities.
Closely observe the local regulatory requirements with respect to different investment products.
Perform regular and ad-hoc market information research and keep abreast of competitor offers.
Conduct MIS report and customer segmentation behavior.
Assist in developing & executing product strategies to drive business.
Requirements
At least 4 years of working experience in foreign/local banks in China.
Acquired investment product experience will be an added advantage.
University graduated degree in Finance/Economics/ Business Administration/Statistics.
Locals, Shanghainese preferred.
Proficiency in English.
Functional / Technical Competencies (What competencies do the job require?).
Strong interpersonal skills and good team player.
Able to work under pressure and meet constant deadlines.
Detail-orientated and posses strong market acumen.
Relevant Experience at local Chinese banks is a plus. |
