Key Responsibilities
To handle all cash and non-cash (e.g. deposits, remittance, foreign exchange) transactions over the counter
To handle customers‘ face-to-face inquiries and requests and account opening and closing procedures
To update and file internal and external reports
Qualifications
Bachelor‘s degree or diploma in Business-related discipline
Relevant experience preferable
Ability to work and learn quickly and efficiently
Strong customer service orientation, good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese |
